ALTANA’s ACTEGA Division Inaugurates New Innovation Center at Grevenbroich Research Site

ACTEGA Rhenania, a globally leading coatings and adhesives specialist, inaugurated its new laboratory building in Grevenbroich on June 5. The company, which belongs to the specialty chemicals group ALTANA, invested around 10 million euros in the new building. Perstorp’s non-phthalate PVC plasticizer, Pevalen™, obtains FDA approval for food contact applications

As of May 28 2019, Perstorp has obtained FCN 001967 (Food Contact Notification) from the FDA for the use of Pevalen™ as a plasticizer in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) polymers for use in repeated‐use food contact articles.
