IGM Resins has appointed Jean-Luc Vildé as Executive Vice President Operations, effective June 15. Mr. Vildé, based in IGM’s headquarters in Waalwijk, the Netherlands, leads IGM Resins’ Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement teams and is member of IGM’s Global Executive Leadership team. He succeeds Michael Lotman as Executive Vice President Operations.

Mr. Vildé, French national, brings over 30 years of Global Operations leadership and deep experience in the Speciality Chemicals industry, including the UV space. Prior experience includes Global Manufacturing & Planning leadership at allnex from 2011 to 2019. Prior to allnex, he worked for BP and started his professional career at Total.
Mr. Vildé holds a Master in Chemical Sciences from Chimie ParisTech-PSL.
