From July 4 to 6,2023, the largest in-house exhibition for UV, LED and excimer technology will take place in Nürtingen near Stuttgart for the eleventh time. As part of the industry get-together, organizer IST METZ will inaugurate its new UV Technology Campus including LED LAB.

Perstorp is aligning with the new industry standard for product carbon footprint (PCF), developed by the industrial initiative Together for Sustainability. Perstorp can already provide product carbon footprint values for about 85% of its products (based on sales volume), and is continuously adding more products.

Perstorp today announced that it has been acquired by PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG), Malaysia´s leading integrated chemicals provider and part of PETRONAS Group, on 11 October 2022.

Leading sustainable solutions provider Perstorp further strengthens their commitment towards significantly reducing their environmental impact by releasing two new 2030 sustainability targets for (eco) toxicity. The targets intend to ensure that no chemicals of concern reach the consumer or professional market, and that newly developed products are safe and sustainable by design.

With the UV Analyzer, an app-based measuring device, users can independently check the quality of their UV aggregates at any given time. The app can be downloaded free of charge. The starter kit includes the UV Analyzer Stick with reference white, charging cable, lanyard as well as measuring strips and is distributed by UV specialist and manufacturer IST METZ.
