All registrations can be cancelled free of charge until 3 October 2025. In case of a no-show or late cancellation (as of 3 October 2025), the individual participant will be charged 100%.

Hotel bookings

The conference hotel Sofitel Victoria hotel in Warsaw, Poland, provided a booking link for our participants to book their rooms individually (now closed). The room rate is 152,90€ (660 Polish zloty) per night for a single superior room, breakfast included, excluding tax (712,80 PLN including tax).
