The present work explores formulation concepts targeting high impact strength UV-curable urethane (meth)acrylate based 3D printing resins. A variety of hard backbone structures are formulated in combination with several impact modifying materials, including newly developed tri-, di-, and mono-functional oligomers. Mechanical properties and impact strength are reported.
